Individual Therapy
I offer individual therapy in Arizona for children, teens, and adults who feel impacted by anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or relational challenges. Individual therapy provides a supportive space to explore emotional patterns, past experiences, and internal parts that shape how you relate to yourself and others, while building greater self-understanding and nervous system regulation. My approach is attachment-based, systems-informed, and trauma-aware, integrating modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and more to support healing at a pace that feels safe and collaborative.
Whether you are seeking support for overwhelming emotions, identity questions, or personal growth, I provide individual therapy in the Phoenix area and through telehealth across Arizona in a grounded, attuned environment where meaningful change can unfold.

Couples & Family Therapy
I offer couples and family therapy in Arizona for partners and families who feel stuck in painful cycles of conflict, disconnection, or misunderstanding. Couples and family therapy creates space to slow down reactive patterns and understand the emotional and systemic dynamics shaping relationships, rather than focusing only on surface-level behaviors. Using an attachment-based, systems-informed, and trauma-aware approach, I integrate Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR-informed principles to support deeper connection, repair, and communication across the family system.
Therapy may address concerns such as communication breakdowns, parenting stress, trauma, life transitions, and relational wounds. I provide couples and family therapy in the Phoenix area and through telehealth across Arizona in a compassionate, collaborative space that supports healing and secure connection.

EMDR Therapy
I offer EMDR therapy in Arizona as an evidence-based approach for healing trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences that can remain stored in the nervous system long after events have passed. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps the brain reprocess painful memories so they feel less overwhelming and no longer shape present-day emotions, beliefs, or relationships in the same way.
EMDR can be helpful for individuals navigating trauma, childhood wounds, anxiety, grief, and relational challenges. In therapy, we work collaboratively and at a pace that feels safe, integrating attachment-based and systems-informed principles to honor both your experiences and the protective parts of you that developed to survive them.
I provide EMDR therapy in the Phoenix area and through telehealth across Arizona in a grounded, supportive space where healing and integration can unfold with care.

Premarital Counseling
Premarital counseling offers couples a meaningful space to slow down, deepen understanding, and intentionally prepare for the life they are building together. I provide premarital counseling in Arizona using PREPARE/ENRICH™, an evidence-based tool that helps couples explore their strengths, challenges, and relational patterns in a supportive, nonjudgmental way.
Together, we reflect on themes such as communication, conflict, emotional connection, family influences, expectations, intimacy, and shared values, while also honoring each partner’s history and nervous system. My approach is attachment-focused and systems-informed, creating a safe environment where partners can feel heard, understood, and more connected as they develop skills and insight to support a resilient, secure relationship—whether meeting in person in the Phoenix area or through telehealth across Arizona.

In Arizona, therapists at my level of licensure provide services within what’s called a supervised private practice. This simply means I run my own practice and work directly with my clients, while also collaborating with an experienced, independently licensed supervisor who reviews my clinical work and supports my professional growth. It’s a built-in layer of accountability that ensures you receive thoughtful, ethical, and research-supported care.
For you, this translates into the best of both worlds: the personalized attention and relational consistency of a private practice, combined with the added benefit of ongoing consultation with a seasoned expert. Every treatment decision, modality used, and step forward is grounded in current best practices and supported by an additional licensed professional who oversees my clinical development.
This is a supervised private practice. It is owned and/or managed by a master's level, non-independent licensee under Board-approved clinical supervision pursuant to A.A.C. R4-6-211. The Board-approved clinical supervisor of this practice is:
